Each of our dedicated property managers handles a portfolio of property. They are responsible for the day-to-day management of their portfolio, including tenant selection, rent arrears, owner and tenant queries, tenant induction, Tribunal action, inspections, and maintenance. They are also responsible for approving all maintenance invoices for payment.
Our property managers undergo regular industry training to ensure they keep up with RTA training. They will all undertake the new qualifications being offered by the ETITO Level 3 and Level 4 qualifications.
Our administrators play a vital role in the smooth running of Property Management Works. They are the cog that keeps the wheels turning, the systems all operating smoothly and the rents and bills being paid. They are also our 'directors of first impressions', treating our property owners and tenants in the same courteous, respectful way.
